Weight Lifting
Circuit
Full Body Weight Lifting Circuit for Women 45+. Small classes of only 10 participants. Guidance will be given throughout the class. Instructor is an RMT & Certified Personal Trainer.
Classes run 3 days a week. Monday, Tuesday & Thursdays.
5:30-6:30PM
Classes $15.00/class
Register for a 4 week block!
Drop in's welcome if space is available! Book your spot online within 3 hours of the class.
