Barre workouts train the entire body while targeting & toning specific muscle groups to burn fat & Sculpt/tone your bum, arms, thighs & abdominals.
Barre technique is an athletic fusion with elements from dance, Pilates, Wall Pilates, Yoga & weight resistance training.
This is a great Low to No impact full body workout.

Class Blocks
Classes will run in 6-8 week blocks depending on time of year and available weeks.
Tuesdays: Next Block is January 7 - February 25 2025 = $120 + gst
Thursdays: Next Block January 9 - February 27 2025 = $120 + gst

You can book 1 or 2 classes a week = $15.00/class + gst
