Barre Fusion
Barre workouts train the entire body while targeting & toning specific muscle groups to burn fat & Sculpt/tone your bum, arms, thighs & abdominals.
Barre technique is an athletic fusion with elements from dance, Pilates, Wall Pilates, Yoga & weight resistance training.
This is a great Low to No impact full body workout.

Weight Lifting
Circuit
Full Body Weight Lifting Circuit for Women 45+. Small classes of only 10 participants. Guidance will be given throughout the class. Instructor is an RMT & Certified Personal Trainer.
